Customer service is GONE! No-one says hello any more. The online shopper just zoom past customers cut them off and at in the way.
Get back to basics, price fair, treat employees as owners, 60 hours a week is nuts. You cannot run the stores from the home office.
Back kn the day….They just knterviewed and hired the best. It was an honor to work there. The pay was good for a high school student, hours good and cultural was legendary! Again, you had to fight to get on at HyVe
Stop forcing products that dont sell, forced purchasing hurts profits when it will not sell until marked down to nothing. Then you are surprised when the GP is terrible. If you can really do a better job running the store from the home office, why are sales and profit so bad?
