To be able to do my actual job, and not feel like a circus animal who has to jump when they tell you to. Also be payed fairly that reflects the current area pay rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing we all work at the waukee hyvee in under staffed departments. The departments are told to make decisions that are a waste of labor and food; all so the managers look better to the higher ups.
