I love the people I work with. That is really what keeps me at Hyvee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my immediate department manager. She is thoughtful and hears her team when they are having challenges and works hard to fix.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel the store director & above are out of touch with the Mpls market. We continue to loose valued employees to other retailers that pay $15 & up. Highly productive staff seem to have great difficulty get even a modest increase in pay. Unable to attract applicants due to the pay disparity as well
