- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers need to focus on efforts that drive revenue and not just compete to work on projects that are aiming to save the world. Nothing IDEO does will have that great an impact, so focus on driving high quality and high revenue work to support others in the company.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?IDEO charges McKinsey rates for work done by teams making on average $150k per year. The company carries way, way, way too many people who do nothing all day but have been there forever.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team does not have a clue - about anything. CEO is lost. Marketing is so far off course. People trying to run the business are just long time employees who have never run a business before. Everyone just sits around waiting for the phone to ring.
