Everett Smith has served as iFIT’s General Counsel and Secretary since 2006, managing and overseeing the Company’s legal affairs and compliance. From 1996 to 2006, Everett served as the Company’s Director of Tax and SEC Reporting and the Corporate Controller. From 1990 until 1996, Everett was an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Everett holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Idaho College of Law and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. Everett is also a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Utah and Idaho State Bar Associations.
