I feel completely disconnected from upper, upper leadership, but my managers are fantastic and hard-working.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a field tech, traveling all over the place every day is still possibly my favorite part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly in the field, we are a little too spread out to really truly feel like a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel appreciated, I very much like the nature of the job, and I usually like the interactions with the public.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After almost three years at my starting wage, it severely makes me doubt the long-term nature of this job and the ability for me to advance.
