What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn how to effectively communicate. Remove unnecessary distractions and bearers. Think big picture, get out of the weeds. Leverage the diversity of unique talents employees have to offer instead of forcing them to conform to a mold. Be more objective, less subjective.

The high commisions and retained earnings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits have high premiums, high deductibles no company contributions. 401K matches have been lowered multiple times during my tenure. All bonus’s are never on time and missing money, No formal annual review process for raises. Compensation plans keep changin
if they offer a better insurance plan
Horrible leadership that cares about themselves
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are very smart people I work with who have the desire to want to make our business profitable. There are few I trust because those of us with moral integrity continue to be removed. For the small few who really do care about ethical standards we do have each other to confide in.

Be real to each other

The collaboration between all departments
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be better. Keep their promises. Provide a safe work environment. Learn how to communicate effectively. Trust in and empower their employees.
