What are some of the best things about your team?
This feedback is specific to sales. The individual contributors, direct manages, and clients are what keep us here. Senior leadership and middle management, continue to disappoint us.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
We are a job website and our recruiting team is awful. Lateral moves require vigorous interviewing, the sentiment in sales is very negative . Noone is happy
