Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The OTE for higher level sales reps is much lower than market value.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Process was quick but the things promised in interview stages were not delivered upon starting.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Have leadership be more transparent about changes. Seek feedback from field employees on how to serve clients better.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Have leadership team solicit real feedback that is anonymous to get a true pulse on what is happening in all parts of the culture.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Any sort of collaboration - All communications are top down and it's a boys club that rules with an iron fist. 1 woman in Sr. Leadership.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Does not match market value for similar roles, they do not offer a straight forward comp plan in writing and pay is not equal across the same types of roles.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is a lot of "it's not my job" and the internal processes are overly complicated and lengthy. Indeed should consider an easier way to support its customers in a more timely and simplistic fashion.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Getting a pulse of what is truly happening on the day to day. The surveys are "transparent" which means that everyone in leadership can map the feedback to the user. This does not encourage honesty or true transparency.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Internal processes make it difficult for clients to do business with us an very challenging for sales reps to sell. Indeed should be listening to the clients and field sales to change processes to fit that feedback. Not the other way around.
