Great team that is diverse, yet aligned with working towards the same goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Easily accessible and care about the employees. Are as transparent as they can be and always keep employee feedback/concerns/questions top of mind/a priority.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't feel like an interview - it was very conversational and focused on making sure we both felt this was a good fit
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers!! They're all wonderful to work with and super positive! I love being able to not only work together, but feel like I have a group of friends when I come in each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office encourages collaboration and team work, to ensure everyone is sharing ideas and working together towards the same mission. I've always felt like I can speak up and my thoughts/ideas are heard and addressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though it took a little time to get to this point, I do believe I currently am fairly paid. My main feedback is around salary bands, specifically for recruiting/HR - most departments have narrow bands, to ensure similar skill levels are paid fairly. That is not the case for HR, so should be!
