A lot. The higher ups need to guide their employees more instead of putting them in impossible situations with unreachable goals
Again the leaders make lots of money but give no guidance to their employees. The goals are unreachable and there is no real sales strategy
They are aware of the culture problem. They wow you initially with gimmicks but when it comes to keeping employees long term they fail. Ask people - not the executives- how long they’ve been here. I
