What's the interview process like at INFLUX?
No phone interview, go in person and meet with the top level executive in your department and answer a few BS questions.
What part of INFLUX's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The fastest growing segment is the Midigator software, while every other part of the business is failing miserably they lost 2 large software projects and laid off an entire team of people.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at INFLUX?
I would disown the top level executives and promote from within based on merit.
What do people at INFLUX think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO doesn't care about his company or any of his people he will continue to pay stagnant wages and make money until his staff wake up.
How's the work life balance at INFLUX?
Horrible expect to show up early and go home late.
Does INFLUX have any remote positions?
There are quite a few remote workers in high up positions working in the Virgin Islands for tax evasion purposes.
How's the vacation policy at INFLUX?
Awful if you do use any of the so-called "Unlimited PTO" you will be scolded.
How does INFLUX make decisions around promotions?
It's all based on who you know and who you are friendly with, it's not based on performance or merit.
