I was selected for a technical project. After selection I was moved to finance department. I learnt everything from scratch. I am an engineering graduate and had 2 years experience in technical support before joining Infosys BPO

How flexible is your work schedule at Infosys BPO?
Working hours - 9 hours 15 minutes in this we can take a maximum of one hour break. In my project every two months shift timing changes. Totally their are 5 shifts. No flexible working or work from home option.
What does the ideal candidate in the Finance department look like at Infosys BPO?
An ideal candidate will be like a person who knows basics of Accounting. Definition of Balance sheet, cash flow and Income statement. Communication is not an issue. Professional means being kind to manager and doing required favours to them to get a higher rating in the half early appraisal. Those who work honestly will not get rewarded.
