One on one interaction must be on monthly basis. Need to adhere to the work ethics to which it has been defined. Favouritism must not be their between the manager and employee.
Evaluation must be on knowledge known to the person, analytical thinking, managing work and personal matter without hindrance and positive attitude towards completion of the work. Result oriented behavior with quality work which can be billed to client. Those who perform well must be rewarded.
