What does the leadership team need to get better at?
be honest, be compassionate and recognize that employees are humans that deserve respect, and time with their families. Practices in the office that work in one country typically do not work in USA. Infosys is an international company, but struggles to be a global one.

One on one interaction must be on monthly basis. Need to adhere to the work ethics to which it has been defined. Favouritism must not be their between the manager and employee.
