Ingles Markets Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It works pretty good so far

Posted 16 days ago

The excellent dental plan. Thank you

It's provides me with accurate benefits that I need

Is getting it packaged to the customer and making the customer happy.

It is getting made to the customer for happiness and success.

Benefits , time off, easy work for me.

Helps making things not so tuff

the medical savings card priceless

Wages, and other things are all fair.

The 401k program is great

I loved the insurance package. I also liked the paid vacation and sick leave.

401k and time off. Ingles matches 75%

Review from Operations Dept

Full coverage medial, dental etc

I do not have benefits

I have no idea what you are talking about

I love everything about it.

That it is offered to us

Dental and vision can be bought separately.

It is fair. Better than most companies.

Haven't been in company long enough for this question

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If i had help to complete tasks

They need to look out for the people that are looking out for them and making them who they are

Provide PTO and 401K and insurance sooner to the employees that are seriously there for a career.

Recognition and incentives for your hard work

I feel like my pay is somewhat fair but could be better and better benefits like vacation pay, holiday pay, 401k, bereavement pay and so on

If I were to be paid what I am owed and get my pay on time I would not want to leave Ingles

Everyone who has worked there for over a few years has leg injuries. Guys, c'mon, just let us take breaks.

Your managers don't want good, reliable, hard working employees. They want bodies. I've seen it over and over, employees, (including myself) give 150% every single day and they are invisible to the managers. It doesn't matter how much of an asset you feel yourself to be, you are a nobody. Less than.

I don't get holiday pay but forced to work holidays

Because they do not schedule me.

Higher pay would be nice. Living wage would be great considering how much money the company makes overall

I think the long-term employees are severely underpaid according to to the salary that it takes to live, everyone is not meeting it

People with less experience/work ethic male more or get put into promotions over people who should be promoted

To start getting paid double and get treated the same as everyone else there.

Review from Product Dept

Living wages and better management, as noted.

A liveable wage starting off.

They do not treat everyone fairly. They have some doing everything and some doing nothing.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because I am never thanked. I could work 14 hours straight, 13 days in a row, so exhausted I can't even see straight, and will only be told it's not good enough. There is absolutely no appreciation whatsoever. I've been there over 20 years and can barely make financially on my own

Most of the time I'm the only one showing up to work, even when I lost a close family member because I know we are short staffed but I'm still the lowest paid in my department

i feel undervalued becahse they treat me poorly. im constanly overworked and cant be told "good job" after working my butt off
