    The problem is that there is no culture across the board. It's a conservative, profit-driven company. Some locations have built their own culture and those are great places to work, but there is no purpose statement that drives an overall culture, not quality, not customer service, not teamwork, not safety, not sustainability...just maximize profits. To improve the culture, we'd need one in the first place and I think the company is too decentralized to get there.

    Remove red tape. Fun is often frowned upon and results vary too much around your direct manager
