What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People have created groups and hesitate interacting with new members of the team. Acceptance of new employees in the team is difficult, they already have negative thought process and become judgmental, due to which people tend limit themselves and try compromising with the surrounding.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The Finance team takes a lot of time to resolve the tickets. Until the issue is resolved they should not close the ticket but still they repeatedly do it. There is not clarity on the deductions and arrears are also not yet paid.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Feedbacks should be taken ahead proactively. After sharing the opinion the thought is killed on the spot even without understanding the whole concept or idea. Most organizations have Centre of Excellence team which do the assessment of the feedbacks instead of one person making decisions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Transparency. Taking people's opinion via Survey before making mandate changes. Since lot of folks are working across different time zones, meetings should be not be too late at night. Recently many calendar invites are coming at last minute due to which lot of important information is missed out.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People who are at management level are taking the decisions and nobody is evaluating if there are any gaps. Peoples sentiments and opinions are not considered. People don't feel heard. Culture can only be built when people feel that they are part of the organization and there opinions are heard.
