When i get to interact and work with the founders, it is GREAT - my space is extremely challenging. The company has a strong engineering culture but not a sales focused culture.

we are in it together and are well connected to each other. mutual respect and partnership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is based on quota attainment - NO ONE makes quota so my comp plan is not appropriate for the market challenges.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager does not seem focused on our success - not open to suggestions and not working for us to sr management from what i can see.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - No one is perfect but they always seem open to suggestions and they are humble, smart, and I feel that they really care about the employees
