Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Insight Global

Previously, environmental sustainability was not a high priority for us as a company. As we matured in our understanding and practices in this area, we recognized the opportunity and the responsibility to make sustainability a priority. We made significant investments that we are eager to share and continue to expand. So, what are we striving for? Best in Class. We’re striving to build a program that is genuine about what we’re doing, balancing the necessary reporting elements of ESG with having big, bold goals and doing the little things right to do our part to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come. We aspire for sustainability to be like our Shared Values — embedded in everything we do and something that our people, from executives to our newest hires, are proud to rally behind.

We are currently on track to meet our 2025 ESG Environment goals including implementing a carbon accounting platform to help us measure, track, and manage our carbon emissions and environmental impacts, track and disclose Scope 1,2, and 3 Emissions to the Carbon Disclosure Project, and become carbon neutral in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2025.

As an organization, our purpose centers around being the light to the world around us. Living out this purpose is hard work, but it matters because it makes a meaningful impact in our communities, on each other, and the planet. There is no limit to the collective effect we can make when we focus on vital issues that go beyond the walls of Insight Global. Whether it’s dedicated service days to diverse charities, serving underserved communities around the world, or providing a financial lifeline to employees and their families during a trying time, each humanitarian act ties back to our purpose. Our unwavering commitment to giving back remains steadfast and it’s what makes us, us.

Our partnership with OneWorld Health began in 2020 and is built upon the shared belief that everyone deserves quality and accessible healthcare. OneWorld Health supports communities in developing countries to bring permanent, sustainable healthcare to the chronically underserved. As a company, our people have developed a deep passion and excitement for this organization and the cause they are supporting. We are so proud to have raised more than $2.6 million for OneWorld Health, program to date, enabling us to fund seven healthcare clinics across Uganda, Nicaragua, and Honduras.
