Give your employees support beyond their DM. Everything goes through DM and that person is narcisistic and self serving. Practice what you preach. Provide an equitable environment. Call ins go to 1EE that mgr is trying to win an award so HE looks good while the rest of us cold call all day and work

Get paid less than market, don't take into account where you are living, max "merit" increase is 4% which was disheartening when we were getting record profits during covid and high inflation - "Great job guys, here's your pay cut!
I feel that my current pay is a little low for the cost of where I live and would like to be paid more.
Base is reasonable but commmission is terrible! The only one here making $ is Insperity.
I was lied to about average compensation in the office. Extremely difficult sale with little training and support. The ones getting call ins ate making money and not working as hard as those cold calling all day and weve all been here the same amount of time! Not equitable pay. DM is self serving
Compensation is base pkus commission. Base is fair but commission is very hard to earn. Some employees are handed call ins while others are faced to fend for themselves. Insperity is also twice the cost of competitors. When negotiating rates it comes out of employee commmission

Practice what you preach. Implement a mentor program. DM is toxic and theres no one else to go to.
Employees need to have a voice beyond their immediate manager. Emoloyees need to be valued and not cut off in meetings when they have opinions or feedback. Managers should be helping to build up all of their people not putting all their eggs in one basket to win an award.
Provide SOME feedback. I sent flowers as a thank you for one interview there to the hiring manager. Not even a thank you. I was surprised!
