the people i work with on my team
Specifically the team's I've been in - Lots of mentoring/supporting each other, very few egos. Company - Faux "friendly" culture, clear that upper management is not receptive to ideas unless it 100% aligns with what they think.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I could see that the people interviewing me had a passion and drive for the company's success.
Personal and involved multiple people

Transparency in role, salary and how they move along the intetview process.
It was professional. The recruiter was respectful and honest. The DM lied about some very specific questions i asked which i found out after being hired. He was trying to make headcount quota.
