Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At times, it feels like my compensation does not adequately support a comfortable standard of living. More competitive pay would help me feel that my contributions are recognized and valued.

The effort and pride I put into my work does not match my compensation. Not only do I do more than what is expected from me, but it is also done correctly and in a timely manner. I understand what I am doing isn't "high" level, but it is done without mistake.
