Professionalality, leadership, better communication, care about their employees. Not see them as tools

They need to prioritize the development teams

During my ten years of work, I have worked with different leaders, and the later leadership team experienced a great change in management style and thinking as the CEO was renewed and became more bureaucratic and less responsive to the market

They need to change the culture at the top, not with the teams under them. The culture of just talking around requests instead of actually addressing them directly is getting old and discouraging for all your employees

Increased stock price which would be worth more.

The selling point of Intel benefits is that Intel contributes ~100% but it is a BASIC package that really does not cover Prescriptions or Drs visits. Very disappointing.

Being team players. I feel like I am my partners partner but she does not feel like a partner to me. She responds an hour late to a simple im, she can be offline for an hour or less when there is work to be done. She is also not helpful claims she is always busy

Pay is purely political and very few employees care about doing the right thing for the company. Most employees only care about scrounging for whatever meager pay increases that are available.

Listen to your employees and provide a collaborative environment.

Better communication between groups would help

Need to be fast, value meritocracy

Raise salaries, stop laying good people off just to pay double to hire new ones that are less qualified then what they just laid off.

Put the engineers that are actually doing work first. Pay them fairly so they have the motivation to drive actual changes on the ground. Otherwise, all we ever will get is talk and nothing else.

The excessive pay of upper management

Need to infuse enthusiastic and fearless culture

Executive team keeps breaking their promises due to slip in releases, especially in manufacturing... they started to slip their schedules when new CEO came in years ago and laid off workers, employees don't trust mgmt to get the company going.

Again, all talk and nothing good ever comes.
