They genuinely care about the growth of those they employ.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I dont have to pay for insurance and I'm still covered.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They promised to pay extra when employee work on public holidays, but actually they don't
SLCRO IHG paid very little, especially compared to similar positions in thee market. However, that doesn't matter as IHG executives decided to shut the center down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone gets along. They are more like friends than they are coworkers.
I love the SLCRO team, from the center director to the front-line workers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth and development as a team
A great environment, as bolstered by center leadership, but it doesn't matter now because IHG corporate executives decided to close the contact center.
