They genuinely care about the growth of those they employ.
My immediate manager is fantastic. I'm not so sure about the corporate executives.

I dont have to pay for insurance and I'm still covered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part everyone gets along. They are more like friends than they are coworkers.
I love the SLCRO team, from the center director to the front-line workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Growth and development as a team
A great environment, as bolstered by center leadership, but it doesn't matter now because IHG corporate executives decided to close the contact center.

It was more intimate and personal than a normal interview. Made me feel right at home

When everything is completed and everything balanced out
