base pay and hybrid environment
The end of the year bonus and options to save my money.
None at all really here

Provide 100% company match on 401k. What you offer is pathetic, 25% on 1st 3%. You contibuted $25 in Q1. Pathetic.
They give really bad raises, cut their 401k match to 1/4 of 3% which is nothing, and they switched to worse insurance, and do not keep up with inflation. I make less due to inflation than when I started.
My salary has barely gone up since my company was acquired 5 years ago. My responsibilities keep growing, though.

"Annual" review process is *always* months late. Raises (when you eventually find out what they are) don't always even keep up with cost of living increases. Senior management trumpets how well the company is doing, employees effectively make less each year.

Base pay is the lowest in the industry. Company will never get ahead without paying more, because everyone has one foot out looking for another job that has a living wage. Job posting says pay is $80k-$120k, but it is nowhere near that. I feel like I was duped.
people will help themselves to 'raises' by being less dedicated since they are underpaid.
They don't pay the market rate. They target people with immigrant visas so that they can lock them with GC and all.

401k matching is .25 for each dollar an employee contributes. PTO for salaried employees is lame (15d/y) and is accrued so you can’t take much at once unless you wait all year. I’m sure they do this because of their major turnover is
I'd feel valued if I was paid at the very least market value.
get paid at market value

Being paid market value would be a good start.

Better Medical that actually pays for something, more competitive salary
Compensation is easily half of market rate so motivated people are in and out of here in under a year. Anyone here over 2 years has just given up on their career and settled for pennies.

Management, the executive team and the CEO rake in big paychecks while employees are underpaid, overworked and unappreciated. Mediocre benefits, no 401(k) match, no room for growth and favoritism. Very low pay.
