Extremely horrible management. All C-level executives are unbelievably AWFUL. Unknowingly they make people hate their job. Too much Politics, negative environment. I would never ever recommend this company because of the spiteful management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay the market rate. They target people with immigrant visas so that they can lock them with GC and all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team (C-level Executives) need to act like humans. Just because you guys are executives doesn't mean that you need you act like monsters to scare your employees to get the work done. People only respect your titles and not YOU (just remember that).
