Review from Operations Dept
Turnover is a HUGE problem. Projects get dropped, and deadlines are missed, resulting in extremely poor customer service.
Intertek needs to seriously evaluate it's poor internal communication and inability to maintain effective staffing. Employee retention is poor, meaning we are constantly having to retrain people and cover tasks/processes that are no longer within our job description when people leave.
Everything needs addressed. You can be driving down the road in a company truck and have people flippin you off or throwing stuff at your truck
Review from Operations Dept
Improve the moral of the staff by paying the right rate for the Job
Get back to customers on time
At least locally we had a good reputation until Intertek started making changes to solely maximize their profit. They stopped paying bills on time, were not quickly responsive to customer concerns, etc. and have driven the perception downward. Jobs we were handed in the past are making us bid now.
taking care staff, customers, future
everything is wrong here in Bangladesh office
we provided feedback already internally
The salaries should be better
Improvement will come only when upper management quit and and more modern minds take place.
Improper leadership Upside down triangle management
Quit pushing for the revenue only. Fire the CEO. Stop promoting from within. Listen to those who have constructive ideas
Management does not care about the emplyees. Simple as that. Basic humane requests are denied. They clearly don't trust their employees to do their work and they want to exert a power dominance
the environment is stressful so the management should emphasize the importance of being courteous to each other and considerate.
Flexibility in our daily schedule.
Our hard work gets noticed
Improved pay, improve work life balance, increase PTO
