Paid below the average,micro managed , Treated as a manufacturing company when we are a service industry. feel completely undervalued and disrespected as a workforce telling us we are all replaceable. Laughable shift rate
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management needs to show more respect to the workforce and have a better understanding of the job. Also we are a inspection company and need stop being treated as a manufacturing company quality Vs quantity.
