Not a good culture environment, company only care about revenue, gross margin and cutting cost, every single penny must be reported and the management style is very micro with no authority in managerial level, very manual and no plan on improving the system, only excel needed.

They tried to bring the happiness within the team only since management will not listen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the company is operating in very manual way that it is so lack behind from other MNCs, and skills we had is not valued and not paid. Since they dont require. No standard in compensation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to think about employees, they need to think about how to engage new employees, it is very difficult to get a new person stay with the company because the culture is not what people are looking for. The working time is like 24 hours nonstop. And people are demotivated due to constant push.
