Good company to work for if you want to build experience in a compliance field. Depending on the lab, it can be a great start to a new career. Many senior engineers end up leaving. I have observed a high turnover rate amongst the most experienced engineers.

My team is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are very good to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I value expanding my knowledge and increasing the quality of my reports over maximizing revenue in the here and now. From what I have seen, upper management rates those who pull in the greatest revenue above those with high quality standards.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is a great to work with. The upper management all come from sales and don't understand the work we do. They ultimately value quarterly earnings most. This can be frustrating as there is a constant pressure to push out more projects. This inevitably leads to lower quality.
