I enjoyed the opportunity to open new Oil/Gas markets & service offerings, & monitor the growth. Plan-execute-follow up. I did not enjoy the Sr. Mgr. teams lack of support in the 2018-2019 time-frame.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team leader had the experience & knowledge for business development growth. Senior management for the most part had way too many programs, not relavant to Oil & Gas, TIC Industry. They just wanted east money, growth and quick fixes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had been asked to re-join the company. It did take 60 days and the initial offer was low. It was increased, but not easy. The offer was a contract with a 3 day clause, so I let it lapse, hence received an increase, which was closer to the level, when I first left.
