Quit pushing for the revenue only. Fire the CEO. Stop promoting from within. Listen to those who have constructive ideas

Leadership has a all consuming focus on revenue only. This leads to lack of employee retention. Consequently, new hires are not skilled enough to perform certain tasks, which leads to pressure on experienced people causing them to burnout
