Department co-workers and management are fantastic. Upper management (corporate) is all about the dollar. Slashing health insurance benefits, wage freezes for 3 years straight. Only perk left is the excellent PTO plan, I'd be surprised if that isn't cut soon as well.

Willing to take on new tasks, always willing to help. Quality individuals, with diverse backgrounds.
What makes you most happy at work?
Direct manager is willing to allow employees to attempt new tasks which they are unfamiliar with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct and department management is supportive, approachable, fair, honest and willing to assist in employee development. Above them, corporate management continues to demonstrate the employee does not matter. This is a dramatic shift from the way it was 4 years ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit increases are supposedly based off positive reviews from your direct manager, however reality is the max you'll ever see without a title change is 3%. The previous 2 years, despite excellent reviews, has been 0% mostly across the board. For 2020, 1% average. Inflation was much higher.
