When my team successfully completes a difficult project and we get positive feedback from the customer and management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company does not benchmark to market and difficult to get anything other than cost-of-living increase. Employees who receive additional duties and responsibilities do not routinely see a change in title or increase in compensation. When there is an increase, it is a token increase (e.g., 5-8%).
