Communicate and compensate your employees
Review from Operations Dept
Communication, engagement, competence, work ethics
Horrible. Just horrible. Don't waste your time and efforts
Lead not manage. Employees need to be valued
be modern and not micromanage or else this causes mistrust and poor productivity
competitive salaries and real pay rises and staff development
salary alignment still not receive
Undervalued, underpaid, overworked, and over there.
Allowing for a company car as i habe to ise my own. Better discounts related to me like car insurance or help with clothing for work.
If growth came with it
Workong together towards the same goal
They should get a liveable wage. No incentive to do well.
The coworkers are not the issue. Everyone above the engineer and technician level are draining the company of any value whatsoever.
Review from Operations Dept
Reduce the hoops staff have to jump through to do simple things. It's ridiculous.
Stand up to the manipulation of bullies.
Hire the right people, especially the top management, some were incompetent
Operations manager needs to either be trained on professional ethics and etiquette or be replaced. Learn to value the front line of employees by respecting them, understanding them, considering them, not illegally adjust their hours, and honor pay raises when earned and due.
Review from Operations Dept
An overhaul. Hire a visonary. Lead with soul
higher management should be screened more carefully
Total culture change. It's currently a mess with yes men/women at the top.
raise competence level of management
Be honest and transparent about whats expected and possible for reasonable growth and advancement within the company. Honor the offer letter terms.
Review from Operations Dept
There is absolutely no interviewing process. Each group is left to their own to try and figure out how to hire people properly. Someone with a lot of experience does well but in most cases it ends an abject failure.
Interview process was simple and efficient, 1 initial phone call to establish communication, then 1 in-person interview with direct manager and that manager's manager. Position was offered within 1 week post-interview.
Not long enough to determine fit
Turnaround and over promise customers
Review from Operations Dept
Turnover is a HUGE problem. Projects get dropped, and deadlines are missed, resulting in extremely poor customer service.
Intertek needs to seriously evaluate it's poor internal communication and inability to maintain effective staffing. Employee retention is poor, meaning we are constantly having to retrain people and cover tasks/processes that are no longer within our job description when people leave.
Everything needs addressed. You can be driving down the road in a company truck and have people flippin you off or throwing stuff at your truck
Review from Operations Dept
Improve the moral of the staff by paying the right rate for the Job
Improved pay, improve work life balance, increase PTO
