Working customer communications and the service that I can provide
The happiest moments for me would be to meet some of my former coworkers that I haven't seen in a long time.
Making the guest I come into contact with happy

Dangerous situations employees are put in due to locations of businesses
The current manager, in my opinion, is creating a hostile work environment. Hearing a "good morning", or an occasional "thank you", would carry a lot of weight with me as an employee.
