I wouldn't. They'll outsource all our jobs in 12 months.

Doesn't matter because they don't listen to employees. Just treat us like numbers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at all. Management treats workers with disdain as if we are a burden to them and their annual bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their idea of fair wages would be on point 20 years ago, but not now. The only part of the business they refuse to invest in is their employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything, and it can't because old rich white men who run the place never want to pay anyone fairly, just get richer by exploiting their employees and their poor trapped customers.
