The pace here is slower than in the other companies I worked for, where I always felt overworked and underappreciated. I KNOW I am appreciated here. That makes this a great fit for me.

This company is what my old company always wanted to be and told people they were... but it was not the case. This is a great place to work, expectations are high but reasonable and I am so happy to be here.

There are a lot of pluses for working here, however management has recently gone back and forth with decisions (changing multiple times a week even) so that becomes frustrating. We have also lost people to turnover which is frustrating.

They know me, they know the market and they work to keep us aligned! They are accessible, which is a rarity in most places.

We care about each other, we check in with each other, we know about everyone's lives outside of work. The collaboration on the team is great

How accessible they are. They personally participate in company onboarding for ALL employees. There are no pretenses because of job titles, and they readily support input from everyone.

It is a supportive environment with a focus on valuing employee contribution not cut-throat at all. Excellent onboarding and overall a fun place to work. Excellent work-life balance!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just so NICE! It is not a cut-throat mentality at all, and yet, we all want our company to win in the marketplace and come together to help make that happen. We LIKE to see and engage with each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss is hands down the BEST boss I have had in my 25 years working. She has created and encouraged a fantastic team of folks who enjoy working together. She is encouraging and appreciative and is really great to work WITH not just FOR.
