i have offer much higher, but i am locked by visa and rsu

Diversity (multi cultural / multi nationalities / different gender) And some of them are really talented

letting me do my job instead of giving new instructions / ideas on a daily basis. And avoid tons of daily new google sheet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus is way lower than it should be in the bay area (it represent only 30% of the average bonus) Promotion translate to 3% increase which was disapointing

Many people are very close , help a lot, a lot are very skilled An incredible international culture, mixed teams, there are real connections between people around the world
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is hard to see multiple people at lower level than mine leaving the company and get paid more than I am for a less important role Also having a minimum communication about RSU expected value will really help because we hear range from 5 to 100...
