What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic. We all support each other in every way at work and when I am taking PTO, I do not have to worry. They have my back and I know I can count on them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know a lot of people in the same position as I am in, however, they are being compensated a lot more. I want to be paid more since my area has a high cost of living and inflation has been terrible.
