I arrived as an intern two years ago, and even though the company is located one hour and half away from my place (at my parents, i'm still young) , I'm still working for this company and going on site as much as i can needless to say that it's the best company i've been to
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the bonus of 1000 euros every quarter of year that is very significant to me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are very human, open-minded, and care about me as a person, we even have a relationship close to friendship
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
they really focus on social interactions , offer activities to do ourselves ( video games, sport equipment and so on) and with the managment (parties and so on)
What makes you most happy at work?
knowing that even if outside is gonna be rainy, I will still have fun through the day. Also knowing that if I fail somewhere, i'll be helped by my coworkers is quite important to me
What are some of the best things about your team?
we move in an unified group, all at a time for coffee or activities! sure we all have people we like better than others (i guess), but no one is left behind and I think it's quite rare
