I have worked at Ivalua for 5 years and during that time I cannot really remember a day when I didn't feel motivated and excited to go to work. I have worked with some of the most diverse and exceptional people and I love the culture.

I think it is a great company, but it employs some average people because it doesn't want to pay to get really great ones and this impacts our success

Our CEO is the best - he is super impressive and also cares about individuals

The quality of some of the people is not great - they are not very professional

They are not very professional. Turning up late, not following up in a timely manner and there is no consequence

We have incredible ownership to go and create, innovate, bring new ideas and colleagues are there to support us and make amazing things happen for our customers and our prospects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am very happy with my salary and bonus and also the whole company trip to the Dominican Republic was out of this world. The BEST company to work for ever..!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is approachable. They is no hierarchy or crazy egos. My colleagues are really smart, respectful and hard working. We focus on doing a great job and also getting to know each other and support each other.

They are human. They care about our customers and they care about their employees. They want to grow the company, attract and retain customers and provide an environment where employees stay with the company, retain knowledge and build out our amazing platform to help current and future customers
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe I am valued, and known. I am treated with respect. My voice is heard. It's not just that the salary is good, I am happy with the work that I am empowered to do, the colleagues that I work with and also the Executive Team's vision.
