Overall is good but manager definitely need to be trained and not just promotion without any proper training.

Other than a very good solution/product, the region/business unit level management is quite incompetent. Hiring personnel whom are friends with, under qualified for the role and just bias.

Salary not to market value, non-existence benefits except for very good health insurance/benefits, annual leave is misearable
