I am enjoying it so far however the package could be better as mentioned. Work / life balance is great though. Immediate management team is superb also.

It's challenging and I like interactions with my teammates.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am trusted to make my own schedule and allowed the freedom to innovate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very collaborative and easy to approach with questions. The SC community care about each other and want to help one another succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The share of commission could be higher, the pension contribution is terrible and the company should offer perks such as discounts for shops, restaurants, gyms, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team care about me as a person and as an employee. I feel empowered to make decisions and to make suggestions on potential areas for improvement. I feel that my immediate leadership team is honest with me and that I can be honest with them.
