People help each other and we do have many talents in Build. I feel that we're team, I'm fearless to take any question from any client.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. Wage not aligned with market. 2. Managing a complex project or a standard/easy project. At the end, whatever you do, even a good result achieved. There's no corresponding compensation returned, which make you think why would you make more effort when the compensation is the same.
