Having cohesion between people, and keep having events to enforce that.

Still allowing friendly events to still feel like we are a startup
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Depends of the day. We can have very stressful periods. But generally I would not say I'm "excited"
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management just in top of us care about our well being in the company. At the top of the leadership, the executives still take decisions to keep the good mood of a small company, mostly by pushing some events even if it cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The way our compensation is increased isn't exactly link to our skill. It is more a case of if we are the best of our team or not, as our salary increase is to share between our team, and not for example our department.
