I have been filling surveys before and i have seen attempts made by top management but on ground level we still suffer with favourtism and politics and i think this cannot change. if it was not an open secret now that skip level meetings mean looping in manager right after, people might have spoken

honestly work environment is toxic
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Senior leadership seem fine except when it comes to keeping employee confidentiality when someone reaches out for help skipping the manager
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are too afraid of the managers and follow blindly because working in India office means is difficult unless managers pet
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, more fairness, less discrimination based on favourtisim. Managers pets get it all and also roam around being the pseudo boss.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You talk about culture and environment but to be honest I doubt even this survey is not confidential. People do not speak up. I cannot speak up. I cannot even mention the name of the manager who is more like a bully when he targets someone. Please stop using big words like culture.
