What are some of the best things about your team?
The perfect balance of fun and work, we can joke around but also come together to reach a goal at the same time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like all the extra support for the health because there are some things I am dealing with and it makes my life easier.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with my coworkers and how we all help each other even if there is a client that is harder to deal with. I always feel backed up and this makes me feel safe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how they actually come and say hello to everyone and they ask you questions about how things are. It feels more like there is understanding on the ground floor and its really refreshing to see.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just like how we have time to be able to talk about our personal lives to enrich the closeness between people. You get to know everyone without someone breathing down your neck to go sit down and stop 5 minutes of hellos in the morning.
